Credentialed by the world's leading authority...
The International Coach Federation is the world's leading certification authority for executive, business, and life coaches. Being designated as a "PCC" means a coach has at least 750 documented hours of coaching, has completed an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), and is recommended by at least two currently accredited coaches. Joe has almost ten times as many hours of experience as a coach as ICF requires for the PCC designation.
One of only a handful of MBTI Master Practitioners
Of the thousands of people world-wide qualified to administer, interpret and teach the world's leading personality preference inventory; the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator )MBTI), only a few hundred are designated Master Practitioners. Joe was one of the first to be so designated. Joe has worked with the MBTI for almost 30 years and has employed it in teaching and coaching thousands of people.

Fielding Graduate University's Evidence-Based Coaching Program is widely recognized as one of the strongest, most advanced coach training programs globally. Many people feel Fielding's EBC EBC program is the world's best and most rigorous; three semesters of courses, dozens of hours of conducting, observing, and critiquing coaching sessions, and an engaged, demanding faculty of scholar/practitioners. Fielding's EBC Program is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) - the top level of ICF training program accreditation. Joe completed the EBC program as part of a Master's degree in Organization and Management Development at Fielding.
